The privacy of your data is our absolute priority. Given the intimate nature of our games, we have designed our system to collect the strict minimum of information.

1. Data Collected

We only collect your email address. All financial transactions are managed directly by our secure payment partner, Stripe. We do not store and have no access to any of your bank details or credit card numbers. The content of your games, names and safe words remain on your device and are never sent to our servers.

2. Data Usage

Your email address is used exclusively for: • Sending your payment receipts and invoices. • Restoring your purchases (Premium access) if you change devices.

3. Data Sharing

Your data is in no way sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The email address is shared only with Stripe (our payment processor) for the purpose of ensuring the transaction.

4. Retention Period

Your email address is kept securely to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & PDPA)

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have a right of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data. You can request the deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We exclusively use "essential" (or technical) cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the site, your navigation and the security of your payments. We do not use intrusive advertising targeting cookies or resell browsing data.
